LocationThe asset is located in the Komotini Municipality, Rodopi County, Prefecture of East Macedonia-
Thrace, Greece. The property is positioned on the eastern side of the city, on the main city`s exit and on
the main road towards the Industrial Area of Komotini, within the city`s urban plan..  The city center is
about 1500 meters western from the property, while about 500 meters eastern is the node to the Egnatia
Motorway A2 (node of Egnatia Motorway A2-Komotini East), which also is the connection point of the

 Property featuresThe ground field of the asset counts 6.175 sq.m.  The field’s face to the main road
(entrance/exit) of the city has a length of 79 m.On this field, there exists a building made from reinforced
concrete with a total surface of 3.747 sq.m.  The building comprises a basement of 618 sq.m, ground floor
of 1.430 sq.m, a first floor of 1.098 sq.m, and a second floor of 599 sq.m. The building`s face side has a
